"Exchange took forever"
I started an exchange thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. I was trying to be patient at first, honestly. But nope, it’s still not fixed, and at this point it’s just frustrating.

"Had to practically beg for my package"
I waited weeks for my order and it still hadn’t shown up. Following up started to feel like I was begging just to get something I already paid for, which left me resentful. The whole shipping experience was really frustrating.

"Color was nothing like the picture"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The color looks way different in person than it did online, and on top of that, it seemed like it had been handled carelessly during shipping. Not really what I expected.

"Shipping was just too expensive"
I ordered one item and I don’t know why the shipping fee ended up being so high, but it made the whole purchase feel not worth it. The cost was way more than I expected, and I wish it had been shown more clearly before checkout. Probably won’t be ordering again.

"Customer service really let me down"
From what I remember, I reached out to them a few different times and barely got any real help. The replies took a while, and when they finally came, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I was asking about. Looking back on it, the whole experience was disappointing.

"Looks better in the ads than in real life"
I ordered from zhilyova.com the item felt cheap when it arrived. The photos made it look way nicer than it actually is. The material is thin, the stitching is messy, and after using it once it already looked worn. I know companies love to use polished descriptions and perfect-looking pictures, but this really didn’t match what they were selling. For the price, I expected a lot better.

"Packaging was a total joke"
My order showed up looking like it had been through a wrestling match. The box was crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside to protect anything. For what I paid, I expected way better than this lazy mess. Whoever packed it clearly didn’t care, it makes me not want to order from them again.

"Feels like money I wish I hadn’t spent"
I was let down when this arrived. The stitching was uneven, and there were already a couple of loose threads right out of the package. The edges looked kind of rushed too, not clean or finished the way I expected. For what I paid, I was hoping it would feel a lot more solid. Instead, it just comes across as cheaply made, and I’m worried it won’t hold up for long. Kind of feels like I took a loss on this one.

I ordered my usual size based on the size guide, but it ended up fitting way too small. This is where it got annoying because I expected the measurements to be accurate and now I have to deal with returning or exchanging it.

"So Much for Comfort"
I ordered from zhilyova.com and, well, let’s just say comfort clearly wasn’t the main focus here. The fabric started feeling scratchy within minutes, which was a nice little surprise, and the fit somehow managed to be tight in the wrong places and loose in others. I kept trying to convince myself it wasn’t that bad, but i just wanted to take it off. For the price, I expected something a lot better. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

"Tracking used to be way more reliable"
I feel like the tracking used to be better than this. My order has been stuck in the same spot for weeks with no clear update, and I still have no idea what’s going on.

"Looks nice, but my latest impression is a bit cluttered"
I’ve been using it recently and my first thought was that the design is really and modern. The colors are great, and it definitely has a trendy feel. But after browsing through a few pages today, the thing that stood out most was how crowded some of them felt. Maybe it just felt more noticeable on the pages I looked at most recently, but I kept wishing everything was a little cleaner and easier to navigate

"Looks nice, but wears out kinda fast"
I ordered from zhilyova.com at first it seemed decent. It looked nice out of the package, fit was about right, and shipping wasn’t some big headache or anything like that.
But after wearing it a few times, I started seeing little loose threads and the fabric just felt like it wasn’t gonna hold up that long, if that makes sense. It’s not complete junk, but for what I paid, I figured it would be a bit tougher. So yeah, 3 stars feels about right.

"Return process is such a hassle"
I returned my order and I’m still waiting on my refund. The whole process has been way more annoying than it needs to be, what a joke.

"Works, but the navigation feels a bit clunky"
The site does what it’s supposed to, but getting around isn’t the smoothest. I found myself clicking carefully and double-checking where I was so I didn’t end up in the wrong place. It’s usable, just a little awkward to navigate.

I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but what showed up was completely different. The color was off, the shape didn’t match, and the quality felt way cheaper than expected. It really seems like the photos are either heavily edited or just not the same product. On top of that, I had to deal with repeated verification steps, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Definitely won’t be buying again.

For what I paid, I was expecting a little more than just “fine.” The quality isn’t terrible, but it definitely doesn’t feel worth the price, especially once shipping and all the extra costs get added on. I’ve bought similar items elsewhere for less, so that was a fun realization. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices come way down
